Terms of Service
By commissioning me you accept the following terms:> 1 Requirements1.1 A reference sheet or image of your character. If there are any missing details or outdated features, please mention this before work on the commission is started.1.2 Payments are always upfront.1.3 I can revise small details free of charge if the character is drawn inaccurately.1.4 The art you commission is Safe For Work (SFW). This means that I will not draw any explicit content.> 2 Client use2.1 Art is for personal use only. Repost and share with appropriate credit.2.2 Commissioned art may not be used commercially.> 3 Artist terms3.1 I maintain the right to refuse your commission if I do not feel comfortable drawing the ordered piece. (falls under personal reasons, ref 5.1)3.2 Completion time may vary depending on how busy I am. You may ask me for updates on your commission any time by contacting me personally. I aim to complete artworks within a span of 3-4 weeks.> 4 Artist use4.1 I reserve the right to share any commissions, WIP (Work In Progress) images, or sketches on my platforms or for use in my portfolio.4.2 I have the right to reuse scrapped work or sketches for later use. This includes personal use, reselling as YCH, or for other commissioned work.> 5 Refund policy5.1 If I cancel your work due to personal reasons at any point, you are entitled to a full refund.5.2 If work on the commission is not started within two months, you are entitled to a full refund.Violation of the above terms will result in a non-refundable abandonment of work on the given commission.
Commissions
> I will announce upcoming commission slots on my social media or Telegram channel.> Upon slots opening, a request form will be shared. After filling in the form I will contact you to confirm your commission.> Payment is in EUR (€) through PayPal> Price is subject to change depending on complexity, below examples are rough guidelines.> By commissioning me you accept my Terms of Service.> Any questions? Commission prices
Icon - Bust
> €45 for a simple* background.> Additional €5 for a detailed* background.
Halfbody
> €60 for a simple* background.> Additional €10 for a detailed* background.
> A simple background consists of no more than 3 colours and in no way illustrates a physical space or area.> A detailed background may be shaded and is a (detailed) depiction of a physical space or area.
